Your intelligence. Connected.

THE QUORUMZ VISION

Quorumz is building a decentralized intelligence network, beginning with a specialized model you own. Your iCore learns from your data and feedback. When you choose, it can combine with other human-owned specialists to do more together.

A specialized model, shaped by you

PERSONAL INTELLIGENCE

Your messages, notes, work and experiences supply context. Your iCore classifies and indexes that context in a private vault. Your corrections and verified outcomes supply feedback. The aim is an assistant that helps you think, plan, organize and execute in your own life.

Private data. Shareable intelligence.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

Your private records and personal model stay under your control. Network participation shares permitted questions and useful learned contributions. Minimization and de-identification limit what leaves your boundary. You decide whether your iCore joins the network and what it may contribute.

An iCore that learns you

ATOMIC ALIGNMENT

Your iCore can learn how you like to write, what matters to you, and how to carry out your work. Your corrections and observed outcomes provide the teaching signal. We call this personal learning A2RL, Atomic Alignment Reinforcement Learning. A separate cooperation model learns when help is useful and which peers to ask. Proposed nightly reviews check the personal model and its cooperation model together before releasing an update. More training alone does not guarantee that either improves.

One question. Different ways to cooperate.

LEARNED CONNECTIONS

Your iCore might ask a colleague's iCore, which asks another specialist in turn. Or it might invite several peers to work at the same time, forming a temporary quorum. Every peer decides its own next step. Useful replies come back through those connections and are combined for your question. The process has a budget and a deadline, and can stop with a partial answer when it cannot finish.

A bigger network. A focused answer.

THE NETWORK WE ARE DESIGNING

A large network should help your iCore find relevant expertise without asking everyone. Our mathematics describes conditions where fewer useful calls can cost less, and parallel contributions can return sooner. Those are conditional benefits, not a promise that more people always produce a better answer. The challenge is to learn connections that preserve quality while keeping the work and sharing within limits.

A prompt assembles an iQuorum

DECENTRALIZED SPECIALIST ROUTING

A prompt can stay with your iCore, using private context and the public internet. Broader tasks can recruit a small set of relevant specialists. Each participating iCore makes its own routing decisions. Together they form an iQuorum: a temporary composition of intelligence built around the task.

The right expertise for the task

INTELLIGENCE THROUGH CONNECTIONS

A planning specialist, a technical specialist and a finance specialist can bring different knowledge to one question. The connectivity layer learns which contributions help, when to request another perspective and when enough expertise is available. The objective is useful cooperation with minimal necessary participation.

Human control at every node

ATOMIC AUTHORITY

Each owner sets the permissions for their own iCore. Independent controls govern what it may read, share and do. The hardware vision adds biometric authorization and expiring activation: an owner can stop future participation. Human authority remains outside the learned model.

Own your intelligence. Earn from it.

THE CONTRIBUTOR ECONOMY

The commercial vision pairs a personal assistant with an intelligence marketplace. People retain their own iCore and can earn when its authorized expertise helps others. A prompt's usage fee supports participating specialists and the protocol. The value comes from useful intelligence, rather than selling original private records.

Inside companies: the iCorp

SOVEREIGN COMPANY INTELLIGENCE

Inside a company, engineering, sales, operations and other teams bring complementary expertise. An iCorp is a standing organizational quorum with company-controlled knowledge and permissions. It serves internal work as sovereign corporate intelligence. The company can also choose to offer authorized intelligence to the wider network and earn from its use.
